Christina Gonzalez-Hicks is a results-oriented Human Resources professional with a proven track record of successful business transformations through team engagement and project management.

She has designed and implemented solutions in a variety of industries, which improved and drove business results. She has an extensive background in staff development, mediation, benefits and compensation, HR policies development and legal compliance. She has demonstrated success in negotiating win-win compromises, developing highly effective teambuilding programs, and writing personnel manuals, corporate policies, job descriptions, and management reports.

Christina has her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management as well as a Master’s in Business Administration. She is currently working towards a Doctorate in Leadership and Coaching with an additional focus in Development and how it impacts leadership. She is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources through HRCI, a Wiley DiSC Authorized Partner and a California Notary. She utilizes knowledge in critical thinking as well as demonstrating strong verbal and communication skills and is looking forward to working with you!

When Christina is not working you can generally find spending family time with her wife, four year old son, and labradoodle.
